I live on the Wichita Falls River near the Burnett Street River Underpass,( Next door to the M.P.E.C. As of 2-7-2025 at 06:30 a m. I ve seen two River Otters. Both were on the isle embankment. And swam towards the Burnett street Overpass. Both were in good condition abput 20 pounds.and good swimmers. Just taking their time!
